Senior Project Manager

What will you do?
•       Lead international projects from kick‑off to delivery.
•       Prepare and monitor project plans, budgets, resources and deadlines.
•       Manage multidisciplinary teams of systems engineers, test & integration engineers and installation managers.
•       Collaborate with customers, suppliers and subcontractors worldwide.
•       Manage risks and opportunities and identify commercial expansion possibilities.
•       Ensure that projects comply with quality and safety standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 27001).
 
Your work environment
You will work in an international, technically challenging environment where safety, innovation, and collaboration are central. On average you will travel 20% of your time to customers or other Saab locations worldwide. You will work with various cultures, disciplines and time zones, no project is the same.
 
What do you bring?
•       A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree, for example in Aeronautical Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Business Administration.
•       10+ years project management experience in complex projects.
•       Experience with stakeholder management in complex and international environments.
•       Knowledge of project management methodologies (IPMA, PMI‑PMP, or PRINCE2).
•       Strong communication and organizational skills.
•       Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
•       Experience with MS Office and MS Project; experience with Jira is a plus.
