Customer Order Desk Representative

We are looking for a CustomerOrder Desk Representative for our client, Universal Electronics.

Role:

As a Customer Order Desk Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering the right products, in the right quantities, with the correct lead time, and at the right cost (price) to customers, accompanied by the correct documentation.
  • Providing excellent customer service by following up on customer requirements.
  • Meeting the targets and KPIs set for the Operations department and Customer Order Desk Representative role.
  • Acting as an interface between departments in relation to sales forecasts, sales orders, order acknowledgements, deliveries (outbound logistics), and/or customer returns.

You will report directly to the Customer Order Desk Supervisor.

 

Main Tasks:

  • Sales Forecasting.
  • Execute and control the day-to-day operational processes for sales orders.
  • Execute and control the day-to-day operational processes for returns.
  • Supporting the Inventory Management process.
  • General problem-solving.
  • Fill in for the Order Desk Manager during absence.

What you bring:

  • Education in logistics or commercial field.
  • Some working experience in logistic environment
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Service-oriented and flexible attitude.
  • Stress-resilient.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
  • Preferably knowledge of logistics processes.
  • Familiarity with software packages: ERP systems and MS Office.
  • A team player.
