The challenge:

As a Business Development manager you build, expand and activate a high end network of potential, new and existing relations. As a true and passionate yachting enthusiast you share the Flynt experience with them on several occassions and unique locations in such a way that they realize that Flynt is not a yacht but a way of life that want to be part of.

 

Main activities:

  • Commercially expanding the Flynt business in and outside Europe
  • Building a relevant relation network of potential Flynt clients
  • Attending luxurious yacht and luxury fairs throughout Europe
  • Organizing and hosting Flynt events in yachting harbours in Mallorca, Spain, etc.
  • Organizing and hosting boatshows in Europe
  • Expanding the Flynt network on an international basis
  • Branding the Flynt mark in the high end world of luxury yachting

 

What does it take to become succesfull in this unique and challenging role:

  • You are a yachting passionate yourself with intrinsic motivation to work in this field
  • You have a succesfull trackrecord in a nautical commercial role or
  • You have an outstanding ambition in order to fullfil a commercial role in yachting
  • You have several years of sales experience in luxury yachts, vehicles or goods
  • You are outgoing, very communicative and a natural networker
  • You love to travel and to meet new people
  • You have a bachelors degree or level of thinking
  • You have boating licence I and preferable II
  • Last but certainly not least: you’re a hard worker. Success doesn’t fall from a tree, you are willing to do all that is takes to get the job done
