Your role:


As an HR Business Partner within the Traffic Management business, you will be responsible from job evaluation, performance management and working conditions to sick leave and everything in between. You will be based in Apeldoorn, the Netherlands. This role will report in a matrix to the site manager Apeldoorn and Head of Air Traffic Management in Sweden and Head of HR for Traffic Management in Stockholm. You will be coordinating HR activities with HR colleagues in Sweden.


Your responsibilities:


  • Support management in HR business partner capacity by providing HR advice, guidance and recommendations;
  • Establishment and maintenance of HR business practice in terms of systems, data, processes and capabilities incl. recruitment, writing of vacancy, search & match, screenings, interviews, onboarding, performance management, training and development, remuneration, payroll, personal data management and exit management;
  • Involved with the analyses and reporting of various data connected to the managed HR processes in close partnership with finance, payroll and corporate functional teams on diagnosing, interpreting and building recommendations based on data analyzed;
  • Implements the Health and Safety work environment process;
  • Manages and implements law measures in consultation with the Head of HR.

Your skills:


  • Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant subject (e.g. Human Resource/ Business Study);
  • Years of Experience Required: 5+ years of relevant work experience in medium-sized enterprises;
  • Ability to multi-task and have various roles in multiple projects at the same time;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Dutch labor and related social security and tax law;
  • Fluent in Dutch and English is required;
  • Strong coaching, consulting, and facilitation skills;
  • Ability to analyze HR data and drive optimization with data insights;
  • Experience in HR shared services organization and proven record of implementation and optimization of HR processes.
