Sales Coordinator - Germany

 

What will you do?

As Sales Coordinator, you will provide functional support to the European sales team and the Director of Sales worldwide. As a customer-focused salesperson, you assist in qualifying leads, distribute leads to the right representatives and insert these leads within the CRM. Additionally, you will conduct follow-up calls, answer relevant (sales) questions from customers and broaden TigerStop's scope by creating lists of new customers. You will also assist with on-site sales demonstrations and webinars, as well as coordinate offline trade shows and TigerStop's online quoting platform. Finally, there is room for research on the markets TigerStop enters and the positioning of its products. All in all, in this role you will have the opportunity to gain relevant sales experience in a broad manufacturing environment and develop communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. In this position, you will be fully responsible for the German market.

 

What does TigerStop expect?

  • Min. a Bachelor’s of Applied Science degree (or equivalent), in the field of commerce, sales, or similar;
  • At least three years of work experience in sales or customer service;
  • Technically skilled with mechanical aptitude;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Excellent command of German and English language;
  • Knowledge of and affinity with (professional) social media;
  • Customer-oriented and precise.
