Your role
The Project Manager Maintenance & Support is responsible for the management of our support contracts. This includes managing customer requirements, expectations and relations, managing subcontracts and perform financial control, risk management and planning. You will represent the support team in internal and external progress meetings regarding the overall performance, issues and requirements. Besides existing contracts, you are responsible to seek and follow-up on opportunities to expand these contracts with change requests and variation orders.
Your responsibilities
- Achieves support and maintenance project results / program goals in assigned projects/programs in a high tech industry.
Your skills and experience
- Bachelor or Master degree from an accredited institution in a relevant subject;
- At least five years of experience as a customer support / maintenance / service manager in a high tech business-to-business environment;
- Proactive and able to manage subcontractors;
- Experience with financial control, risk management, reporting and customer relations;
- Preferably experience with Rijkswaterstaat or similar types of contract (e.g. UAV-GC);
- Ability to travel in Benelux (max 20% of your time);
- Communicate fluently in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing;
- Dutch residency or work permit / visa.
